There are many benefits to having your training led by John including adding a fresh perspective to the training that only an outside provider can bring. As an outside trainer, John has access to a whole raft of useful information, engaging and effective training techniques plus the added benefit of his years of experience in this work.
John has recently had published a resource called “Kings, Princess, Duck and Penguins” which is at the heart of his HBT* Training. It can be purchased as a stand-alone resource or will be provided as part of the training packages detailed below:-

All staff who use the school should be encouraged to attend. This includes domestic and lunchtime staff; teaching and non-teaching staff; office staff; and SLT.
All training will include the use of a selection of books; accompanying lesson activities; and relevant DVD clips to support the process of embedding the work. Governors are of course welcome to attend staff training but I am also able to provide separate Governor training as well.
After Training Support
John provides one extra visit and email telephone support for schools after the training is complete. He will also revisit the school on an agreed date to refine understanding, delivery and provide further practical tips.
